Father God, we come before You this morning in gratitude for who You are;
for what You’ve done for us.
Lord, may it be that every day we do ‘fall on our knees’ because we have taken the time and space to reflect how much ‘Your grace amazes us’!
Your unmerited favour towards us is awesome &,
Lord, help us to accept that favour and then to be gracious to others.
Although we can’t be together physically this morning, we do join our voices in praise and thanks and intercessions for those who need You in a particular way today.
Lord, by Your Holy Spirit, will You meet them where they are today and lift them in their spirits.
Lord, we pray that You would be with us all as we further wait upon You in our worship.
Amen.
for what You’ve done for us.

This recording of Bedford Songsters was made during Advent Worship last year.
The Songster Leader writes: The words of this song (based on verses from Isaiah 9 and the ancient carol 'O Come Emmanuel') will no doubt echo the prayers of us all this year. As the lights and candles in our homes during this Christmas season bring a sense of comfort and brightness during these shorter days, so too will the light of Christ in our hearts lift our spirits and bring us all hope, peace, healing, comfort and strength as we focus on his beauty and love. I pray this song, with it's beautiful haunting melody, will bring much blessing to you as you listen to it. |

Note: Our 'take-away' Sunday worship started on the 22nd March. To find the previous week's services go to the Archive section of the website listed under the 'more.....' tab at the top of the page. On the 'C-19 Worship' section of the website we will only keep the current and previous month on this section of the website before moving them into the Archive.
Can you help?
In this current situation when our church doors are closed to our normal activities but our work to support those in need continues our normal source of funds (Sunday Tithes and Offerings) have reduced dramatically. We need your help, so that we continue to be ready to meet the ongoing needs of our community that will undoubtedly impact beyond this lock down period. If you are willing to help please visit our Just Giving Page to make a donation to this work. https://www.justgiving.com/
